Fantasy football busts: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DT

In this article KFFL breaks down fantasy football busts of the week. Some high-level players will be included, because you need to know when is time to sit a player even though it may not seem appropriate. Primarily, however, we will address the midrange to low-end fantasy options that you rack your brain over each week. Read on to learn which of these players that you wouldn't want in your lineup.

Fantasy football busts: Defensive teams

New England Patriots vs. Baltimore Ravens

Fantasy value: Bench

  • New England might be holding defenses to low yardage totals, but they aren't sacking the quarterback often (2.00 per game) and have yet to pick off a pass this year. On the plus side, they are averaging 1.00 fumble recoveries per game.
  • Baltimore has done a great job in the turnovers department, giving up just 0.67 interceptions and 0.33 fumbles per game. They've also done a good job protecting quarterback Joe Flacco, who has been sacked just three times all year.
  • Their competition might not have been the toughest, but Baltimore is averaging 34.3 points per game, the second highest total in the league. Their 430.3 net yards per game is the highest total in the league.
