In this article KFFL breaks down the fantasy football sleepers of the week. We will avoid marquee names because players of that caliber are rarely benched, regardless of their matchup. Instead, we will focus on the players that make your fantasy lineup decisions stressful each week. Read on to learn which midrange to low-end players you wouldn't necessarily consider that you need to get into your lineup.

Fantasy football sleepers: Place kickers

Connor Barth, Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Carolina Panthers

Fantasy value: High-end No. 1

• Steelers should need Suisham's leg

  Barth has attempted at least two field goals in all but two games this year. He's missed four on the year but is five for his last seven. They've been pretty successful when crossing the 20, but Barth frequently lines up for fantasy points anyway.
• Carolina has allowed 8.8 kicker points per game, tied for the eighth highest average. That constitutes 2.75 averages for field goals and 2.0 for touchdown cappers.

• Thanks to the New York Jets' scoring struggles, Folk has topped five kicker points just once in his last six games. Of course, that one context accounted for 14 against the New England Patriots.
• New York should have an easier time than usual scoring points this week. St. Louis' defense is capable but has plenty of holes. They've, in fact, allowed 9.0 kicker points per contest, which is tied for the fifth highest mark with two other clubs. This has come on the back of 2.33 FGAs and 4.0 XPAs.

Shaun Suisham, Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Baltimore Ravens

Fantasy value: Low-end No. 1

• Suisham has certainly been sweet this year, making 20 of his 21 three-point tries on the year. You'd have to go all the way back to Week 6 to locate his botched try, which came from 54 yards out.
• Pittsburgh's mild red-zone success (thanks, iffy run game) combined with Baltimore's league-high 11.3 kicker points allowed per contest (3.0 FGA, 2.33 XPA) make this a productive outlook for the veteran boot.
• Ben Roethlisberger (shoulder) is out of action, so the keys to the offense are in Byron Leftwich's hands. Suisham may not be as exciting a choice as a result, but Baltimore's sub-par play on D could still yield those opportunities.

Kai Forbath, Washington Redskins vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Fantasy value: Low-end No. 1

• Forbath has netted all eight of his field goal line-ups since joining Washington after Week 5. He's come on for at least two in each of his last three contests.
• Philadelphia's defense has permitted 4.0 six-point punctuation tries and 1.67 field goal attempts per game. This should be a high-scoring affair, at least on Robert Griffin III's team, so expect Washington's offense to keep chugging for most of the game.
