The minor league homer leader (20) is likely approaching a call-up after another two-homer binge for Double-A Jacksonville Tuesday. Beat the competition in stashing him. Despite his potentially destructive batting average, his power potential can't be passed up, especially if you're hurting in that category. Shallow mixed: Acquire Deep mixed: Acquire NL-only: Acquire PitchersDontrelle Willis, SP, Arizona Diamondbacks His move to Chase Field? Even with his decent groundball history - ugh. Command remains an issue. Any new meat in single-universe setups is at least a bit attractive, though, especially now that pitchers will be stepping in against him. Just don't expect him to be marriage material. Shallow mixed: Pass Deep mixed: Watch NL-only: Watch Adam Ottavino, SP, St. Louis Cardinals Kyle Lohse (forearm) is shelved for at least six weeks, meaning a rotation spot is up for grabs. Ottavino had a shaky debut May 29 but will at least stay in the bigs to start at home against the Milwaukee Brewers, a dangerous road team. Brad Penny (back) is looking at a mid-June return. The Cards' final spot might be decided between Ottavino and P.J. Walters, who also has been shaky, if St. Louis doesn't seek outside help. Ottavino, however, falls in with the Cards' groundball M.O. and has fanned seven-plus batters per nine in the last two seasons at Triple-A Memphis. If you have to roll the dice, call out his name, but don't be too eager. Shallow mixed: Pass Deep mixed: Pass NL-only: Watch Fantasy Baseball Diamond Market - ALAbout Tim Heaney
