Fantasy football sleepers: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DT

In this article KFFL breaks down the fantasy football sleepers of the week. We will avoid marquee names because players of that caliber are rarely benched, regardless of their matchup. Instead, we will focus on the players that make your fantasy lineup decisions stressful each week. Read on to learn which midrange to low-end players you wouldn't necessarily consider that you need to get into your lineup.

Note: All statistics are from Week 11 to Week 16, unless otherwise noted.

Fantasy football sleepers: Place kickers

Billy Cundiff, Baltimore Ravens at Oakland Raiders

Fantasy value: High-end No. 1

• Cundiff has at least two field goal attempts in each of his last three games and five of his last six games. He has missed three of his kicks in that time.
• Oakland is in a tie for the fourth most fantasy points given up to this position. They're surrendering 8.5 per game, which comes on the backs of 2.50 field goal and 2.50 extra point attempts per game.
• Pick up Cundiff if you need a kicker for the final week; he is available in 81 percent of leagues polled.

Rian Lindell, Buffalo Bills vs. Indianapolis Colts

Fantasy value: No. 1 or bench

• Lindell hasn't been great for fantasy owners lately; he has made only two field goals in his last two games (three attempts). Prior to that, though, he has at least two field goal attempts in four straight games.
• Indy is tied for eighth in fantasy points allowed to this position per game. They're surrendering 7.8 fantasy points, 2.50 field goal and 1.83 extra points per game.
• The Colts could be resting plenty of defensive starters this week. Buffalo might find it easier to move the ball and set Lindell up for kicking opportunities.
