Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DT

If you are serious about winning your fantasy league football championship, stay on top of your fantasy football team throughout the year.

Each week during the NFL fantasy football season, KFFL brings you its Fantasy Football Waiver Wire, which breaks down players to pick up. Be aggressive when picking up fantasy football free agents. Even if you do not need a player, you can tuck him away for depth or block others from adding him to their fantasy football team.

Fantasy football free agents: Priority additions

The following players should be high on your radar and are worthy of being added immediately to your fantasy football team.

Jermaine Gresham, Cincinnati Bengals (45 percent)

We're lukewarm about this inclusion, because the Bengals were down by so many points they had to air it out most of the day. Gresham has proven to be a dangerous red zone weapon throughout the preseason and one week of regular play, but you can't count on him seeing 10 targets most weeks.

He should be added if you have enough roster space or own a questionable No. 1 tight end. The problem is he'll probably fly off waiver wires this week in leagues where you can stash someone of his potential; if you need the upside, you'll have to act fast.

Fantasy football free agents: Look to acquire

The following players will have greater significance in deep fantasy football leagues. In shallow fantasy football leagues, they are not as high of a priority but should be considered based on your fantasy football team's needs.

Marcedes Lewis, Jacksonville Jaguars (90 percent)

The big-bodied tight end worked hard during the offseason to improve his game, and Lewis' blocking skills will keep him on the field more often than not. The Jags don't have a lot of playmakers in their offense; in Week 1, Denver Broncos cornerback Champ Bailey blanked Jacksonville's top receiver, Mike Sims-Walker, which helped contribute to two Lewis scores. For leagues where carrying a backup tight end is appropriate, you could do worse than Lewis on pure talent alone.

Fantasy football free agents: Watch list

These fantasy football free agents shouldn't be on your immediate list. They may have had a big week. They may have talent but are buried on the depth chart and merely awaiting an opportunity. Still, fantasy football players must know who they are for their potential contribution in the future.

NEW - Evan Moore, Cleveland Browns (96 percent)

Moore opened '10 with three catches for 87 yards. It was his second 80-yard game since joining Cleveland's active roster late last year. Against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, the Browns split Moore out as a wide receiver on some plays.

He showed chemistry with Jake Delhomme (ankle) during the preseason. Delhomme might not play this weekend, but Seneca Wallace hasn't been averse to throwing to TEs in the past. Benjamin Watson, 29, will take time away from Moore, but judging from Week 1, the latter might start to see more action as a receiving option. He feels more comfortable this year in Brian Daboll's offense.

You don't have to hurry for Moore, but he's smart, athletic and - with Cleveland's lack of other receiving options - could become a favorite of whoever is leading this offense.
