Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DT
If you are serious about winning your fantasy league football championship, stay on top of your fantasy football team throughout the year. Each week during the NFL fantasy football season, KFFL brings you its Fantasy Football Waiver Wire, which breaks down players to pick up. Be aggressive when picking up fantasy football free agents. Even if you do not need a player, you can tuck him away for depth or block others from adding him to their fantasy football team. Note: Percentage of polled leagues in which player is available in parentheses Fantasy football free agents: One-week playsThe following fantasy football pickups are for those who need injury or bye week replacements. They are not players you immediately acquire - unless your team is in dire straights. Some have, however, shown some life and should be followed in case they materialize as options beyond their temporary use.
Jake Delhomme, Carolina Panthers (76 percent) Is Delhomme's confidence back? He hasn't thrown an interception since throwing three against the Buffalo Bills in Week 7. He isn't racking up much yardage, but Week 10 was arguably his finest effort this year: Although he passed for only 195 yards, he threw two touchdown passes. The 'Fins have faced the New Orleans Saints and the New England Patriots in the last month, inflating their numbers against, but they also allowed 265 yards and two touchdown passes to the New York Jets' Mark Sanchez in Week 7. They've allowed 272.8 passing yards and 1.25 passing touchdowns per game over the last month. Miami starts a pair of rookie cornerbacks. Delhomme is not a pretty option, but if you're desperate.... NEW - Jason Campbell, Washington Redskins (69 percent) Sure, Campbell hasn't been all too bad in the last month: 193-plus passing yards and at least one passing score in each of his last three games. If he's one of the options you're considering for your lineup each week, though ... well, we won't sugarcoat it, you're probably in trouble. However, you may be in luck this week. The Cowboys have yielded 215.8 aerial yards and 1.50 passing touchdowns per game to this position in the last four weeks. They also are dealing with injuries to their secondary in sidelined safety Ken Hamlin (ankle) and hobbled cornerback Mike Jenkins (biceps). Plus, typically inconsistent Redskins wideout Santana Moss usually steps up his game against this division rival. Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DTAbout Bryce McRae
