Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DT
If you are serious about winning your fantasy league football championship, stay on top of your fantasy football team throughout the year. Each week during the NFL fantasy football season, KFFL brings you its Fantasy Football Waiver Wire, which breaks down players to pick up. Be aggressive when picking up fantasy football free agents. Even if you do not need a player, you can tuck him away for depth or block others from adding him to their fantasy football team. Note: Percentage of polled leagues in which player is available in parentheses Fantasy football free agents: One-week playsThe following fantasy football pickups are for those who need injury or bye week replacements. They are not players you immediately acquire - unless your team is in dire straights. Some have, however, shown some life and should be followed in case they materialize as options beyond their temporary use. Steven Hauschka, Seattle Seahawks (94 percent)
The Seahawks have had trouble moving the ball for most of this season, and aside from an uncharacteristic 16 in Week 10, Hauschka has totaled double-digit kicking points on only one other occasion. Luckily, an increasingly steady run game and a matchup with the Washington Redskins should give the Seahawks more room to march in Week 12. The 'Skins have allowed the most kicking points (10.3) and second most FGAs (3.25) per game over the last month. Josh Brown, St. Louis Rams (72 percent) Before Brown was held to a measly extra point this past Sunday, he booted at least seven kicking points in each of his previous three games. He has only attempted 16 field goals this season but has only missed three of those attempts. He'll be at home, indoors, versus the defensively challenged Arizona Cardinals in Week 12; these birds have let PKs fly for 9.3 kicking points per contest in the last month, complete with a league-high average of 3.5 trey tries allowed.
