Instead, we will focus on the players that make your fantasy lineup decisions stressful each week. Read on to learn which midrange to low-end players that you wouldn't necessarily consider that you need to get into your lineup.

Fantasy football sleepers: Defensive teams

Washington Redskins at Atlanta Falcons

Fantasy value: High-end No. 1

• Though their turnover production has been skimpy, the 'Skins have quietly put together a tough pass rush in the last month (three games), sitting in the top-five defenses with 3.67 quarterback wraps per contest.
• The Falcons have allowed just 1.75 sacks per game in their last four, but quarterback Matt Ryan has been brought down seven times in his last two games; they faced two competent pass rushes, too. The sophomore has also thrown seven picks in his last three games.
• The 'Skins have been formidable against the run for most of the season, and any containment of Falcons back Michael Turner should put more pressure on the already shaky Ryan.

Fantasy value: No. 1 or bench

• The Titans have averaged 2.00 sacks and 1.00 interceptions per contest in their last three games, but they have ample room to improve their secondary now that cornerback Cortland Finnegan and nickel back Vincent fuller have returned from injury.
• They'll at least have a chance to take it to the Niners, who have allowed 3.00 sacks, 1.33 interceptions and 1.33 fumble recoveries per contest since Week 5 (three games).
• New starting quarterback Alex D. Smith was sacked four times in his first full-game effort of '09 and has thrown a pick in each of his two games.
• The Titans have the equally friendly Buffalo Bills on deck and after regaining some healthy bodies stand as a waiver wire option for deep leaguers. They can be had in about 78 percent of polled leagues.
