In fantasy baseball, the closer position remains volatile. Rarely does every closer hang on to the job for an entire season - injuries, poor performance and managerial decisions can cloud a team's bullpen picture.

Should you be concerned about a struggling stopper? Which relievers are climbing the depth chart? Are any injuries popping up? KFFL.com's Fantasy Baseball Closer Hot Seat keeps you informed when you're looking for saves.

Washington Nationals

Closer: Matt Capps

Understudy: Drew Storen

Trade rumors continue to swirl around Capps. Though this merely confirmed fantasy owners' suspicions, Storen reportedly would be the likely choice to take over stopper duties. Tyler Clippard's return to earth probably solidifies this plan.

How many of you are storin' Storen?

Despite a recent rough patch, Storen has put up nice numbers, especially since he's now exclusively pitching from the stretch. Storen realized he was twisting too much during his windup, which threw off his release point.

It wouldn't be surprising if Washington started off its future plans this year, trading for a decent package while shipping out a proven closer to a contender. Capps owners and speculators should add Storen.
