2012 NFL Draft - Pick 33: Brian Quick, WR, St. Louis Rams

     The St. Louis Rams selected Appalachian State wide receiver Brian Quick with the 33rd pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.
Fantasy analysis: Quick may not what he is in terms of producing in the NFL, as he comes from a small school and needs to acclimate himself to the pro game. The 6-foot-3 1/2, 220-pounder is a great red zone presence and is dangerous in the open field. Conversely, his route-running skills leave a lot to be desired, and he drops far too many passes. St. Louis will need to bring him along slowly to get the most out of him, and their conservative offensive approach will allow for just that. Sam Bradford's future has become brighter, but that may not begin in a meaningful way until the 2013 or '14 season. Quick is not draftable in single-year leagues unless he really turns heads in camp, and his best value is found in full-retention keeper setups. About Cory J. Bonini
