Fantasy baseball waivers and the acquisition of fantasy baseball free agents can make or break your season. Your fantasy baseball cheat sheets won't help you after spring training. If your team remains the same after opening day, you will have trouble competing in your rotisserie baseball league.

Do you need to replace your fantasy baseball busts? Which fantasy baseball players can you ignore? KFFL.com's Fantasy Baseball Diamond Market gives you fantasy baseball tips and insight to sort through the masses quickly.

Pass Do not add player (in most circumstances)

Outfielders

Andres Torres, OF, San Francisco Giants

San Francisco Giants OF Andres Torres
On the mend

Torres (emergency appendicitis on Sept. 12) is making a quick recovery. He took BP for the first time yesterday, and the Giants could have him back this weekend versus the Colorado Rockies, at Coors Field. He may be available off the bench only, at least initially.

Most fantasy owners dropped this surprise sparkplug when news of his surgery broke. Can't blame them: He was just 4-for-39 in September. Still, Torres has hit .269 with 14 homers and 23 steals this year. He could be a regular again next week, though. He's itching to make a contribution to the Giants' cause in the season's last days, and he could do the same for you.
