Fantasy baseball waivers and the acquisition of fantasy baseball free agents can make or break your season. Your fantasy baseball cheat sheets won't help you after spring training. If your team remains the same after opening day, you will have trouble competing in your rotisserie baseball league.

Do you need to replace your fantasy baseball busts? Which fantasy baseball players can you ignore? KFFL.com's Fantasy Baseball Diamond Market gives you fantasy baseball tips and insight to sort through the masses quickly.

Take a chance on power

Travis Snider, OF, Toronto Blue Jays

The Jays have been essentially relegating Fred Lewis to the bench in order to give Travis Snider more at-bats whenever possible before the season ends. Snider has been slow to get going since his activation from the DL, where he spent about two months with a wrist injury. Toronto activated him and sent him to Double-A New Hampshire so that he could work his way back.

It's clear that for a while the slugger didn't have his stroke back. From July 30 to present, he batted .239 and slugged .380. Snider belted his 10th homer of the season last night, though, and could be poised to go out with a small bang because he's putting the ball in play more often. His promising career is off to a pretty up-and-down start, but there's no denying his possible impact.
