Most see Brandon Webb's injury as red flag. It could also mean great value for former top, consistently reliable arm. Dominance was on the rise before breakdown, but so was control, so fantasy ace is likely unattainable in 2010. Remains groundball master, though. He'll still be effective, if healthy.
