Renck reports that Colorado Rockies 1B Todd Helton is expected to get more rest in 2010, as a result of the club re-signing 1B Jason Giambi, and Helton is open to the idea of getting more days off. "Last year was one of the first years I really felt tired at the end of the season," Helton said. "I was worn out. I'd like to have something left at the end of the season, where I could hit a home run, instead of just slapping stuff the other way, trying to get by. Some of that is my fault. I need to take care of myself a little better."
