If you are serious about winning your fantasy league football championship, stay on top of your fantasy football team throughout the year.
Each week during the NFL fantasy football season, KFFL brings you its Fantasy Football Waiver Wire, which breaks down players to pick up. Be aggressive when picking up fantasy football free agents. Even if you do not need a player, you can tuck him away for depth or block others from adding him to their fantasy football team.

Fantasy football free agents: Priority additions
The following players should be high on your radar and are worthy of being added immediately to your fantasy football team.
Remember him? Sure, he had a down year, but KC's talented No. 1 wideout returns from his four-game suspension this week. Make sure he isn't sitting on your waiver wire. First up: the Cleveland Browns.
Fantasy football free agents: Look to acquire
The following players will have greater significance in deep fantasy football leagues. In shallow fantasy football leagues, they are not as high of a priority but should be considered based on your fantasy football team's needs.
Devin Hester (calf) missed Week 14, but DA picked up the slack with eight grabs, 76 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Jay Cutler has lobbied to include the third-year receiver more often in the offense. With Hester expected to sit out practice Wednesday, at least, his status for Week 15 is in jeopardy. An extended absence from the agile Hester opens up more time for Aromashodu, who would welcome fantasy-friendly dances with the Baltimore Ravens, Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions (for those Week 17ers) to close things out.
With rook Jeremy Maclin (foot) out for one or possibly two weeks, the Eagles will be divvying out looks to the non-DeSean Jackson crowd. Kevin Curtis (knee) may make an appearance, but it's hard to count on him. It's easier to bank on Avant and Reggie Brown in larger roles. Brown benefits the most, but Avant, already with 20 catches over his previous four games, is the more consistent contributor as one of quarterback Donovan McNabb's go-to options on third down.
Fantasy football free agents: One-week plays
The following fantasy football pickups are for those who need injury or bye week replacements. They are not players you immediately acquire - unless your team is in dire straights. Some have, however, shown some life and should be followed in case they materialize as options beyond their temporary use.
Thomas recorded a letdown compared to his Week 13 performance with just two catches for 38 yards this past Sunday. Dwindling stats aside, he saw seven targets, making it the fourth straight week the No. 2 has seen at least six looks. Quarterback Jason Campbell has shown he can trust Thomas.
The Giants struggle against the pass, having allowed 11.60 catches, 157.4 yards and 1.60 scoring grabs per game to this position in the last six weeks (five games). With cornerback Corey Webster (knee) dinged up, their already depleted secondary has to overcome one more obstacle.
Thomas has garnered at least four targets in seven of his last eight games, and eight of his 11 this year. Mike Sims-Walker (knee) is battling injury and seemingly becoming a focus of opposing pass defenses. The slot-inhabiting Thomas squares off with the Indianapolis Colts, who have given numerous Christmas presents to wideouts regardless of season. Since Week 8, the Colts have let wideouts average 17.50 catches, 211.3 yards and 1.17 touchdowns per game. They rank in the bottom two in the first two categories.
