Bryce McRae's Week 7 fantasy football matchups

by Bryce McRae on October 23, 2009 @ 21:52:19 PDT

Key Matchup Reason
Devin Hester, WR, CHI vs. Cincinnati Bengals secondary Cincinnati giving up a lot of big plays through the air and secondary is tackling poorly; shifty Hester should exploit this
Robert Meachem, WR, NO vs. Miami Dolphins secondary Meachem can be inconsistent but head coach Sean Payton trying to work him in more; favorable matchup against Miami's corners
Kurt Warner, QB, ARI vs. New York Giants secondary Warner should be able to pick apart New York secondary exposed last week, especially if Giants dial up the blitzes
Cedric Benson, RB, CIN vs. Chicago Bears front seven Benson motivated? Sure. Bears will be just as motivated to shut down their former back; did a good job on ATL RB Michael Turner last week
Patrick Crayton, WR, DAL vs. Chevis Jackson, CB, JAX Yes, Miles Austin was hot pickup but Cowboys could go three-wide to attack banged up Atlanta corners; Crayton has advantage over Jackson if so
