Fantasy tip: Joining his eighth different franchise in as many seasons, O'Sullivan will back up veteran quarterback Carson Palmer (elbow). Palmer suffered ligament damage last year in his throwing elbow but is believed to be 100 percent healthy. If O'Sullivan winds up starting a few games he should be given some attention in deep leagues since the Bengals have a lot of weapons in the passing game.
