Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: QB - Week 12 (with video)
If you are serious about winning your fantasy league football championship, stay on top of your fantasy football team throughout the year.
Each week during the NFL fantasy football season, KFFL brings you its Fantasy Football Waiver Wire, which breaks down players to pick up. Be aggressive when picking up fantasy football free agents. Even if you do not need a player, you can tuck him away for depth or block others from adding him to their fantasy football team.

Fantasy football free agents: Look to acquire
The following players will have greater significance in deep fantasy football leagues. In shallow fantasy football leagues, they are not as high of a priority but should be considered based on your fantasy football team's needs.
Seattle returns from their bye this Sunday, and Wilson will be looking to pick up where he left off. Over his last five starts, the University of Wisconsin product has averaged 202.4 passing yards, two touchdowns and 0.4 interceptions per game. Add him as insurance for the stretch run.
After a couple of poor showings, Weeden enjoyed a solid afternoon in Week 11: 20-for-35, 210 yards and two touchdowns. He's staring down a tough matchup this weekend, but after that he draws the Oakland Raiders, Kansas City Chiefs and Washington Redskins in the following three games. Those could lead to some big numbers for Weeden.
Henne came on in relief of Blaine Gabbert (elbow) and proceeded to pass for 354 yards and four touchdowns in an overtime loss to the Houston Texans. His track record isn't great, but that kind of performance should at least put the veteran on your radar.
Anyone that tuned in on Monday night had to be impressed with what Kaepernick did in his first NFL start: 16-for-23, 243 yards, two touchdowns and zero turnovers. He's already established that he's a dangerous runner as well, so if the 49ers keep him at the helm over Alex Smith (concussion) he could hold some unexpected value the rest of the way.
Fantasy football free agents: One-week plays
The following fantasy football pickups are for those who need injury or bye week replacements. They are not players you immediately acquire - unless your team is in dire straits. Some have, however, shown some life and should be followed in case they materialize as options beyond their temporary use.
Although he did almost nothing in his lone start over the past six weeks, Locker draws the brutal Jacksonville Jaguars this Sunday. In their last four games, the Jags have allowed 306.3 passing yards and 1.75 touchdowns per contest; that gives Locker some deep-league appeal.
Over the last two weeks the former No. 1 overall pick has passed for multiple scores in consecutive games for the first time since 2010. Bradford has a good chance to make it three straight courtesy of a Week 12 meeting with the slumping Arizona Cardinals. In the past month, Arizona has surrendered 250.3 passing yards and 2.33 touchdowns per game to opposing quarterbacks. If Bradford can avoid mistakes he could have a big day.
