Stone Cold Tavon Austin
Is Tavon Austin droppable in all formats? Such a bust so far.
I wouldn't say ALL formats. Definitely not deep keepers. Possibly not for teams that can hold 20 or so players, especially PPRs. But in your average league, it's getting harder to wait for the St. Louis Rams and Brian Schottenheimer to use the No. 8 pick the way they've promised. Their passing game gains success from volume, not technique. Austin's snap counts don't favor holding him if you have, say, a Marlon Brown type in his stead.
That being said, the more signs that say St. Louis will start folding him in would mean he might be worth sneaking back into that final bench spot. Might. But you shouldn't wait on him if there's a more attractive option out there.
