KFFL.com's running back handcuff chart depicts the player to target after you secure your fantasy football starter at the position. Sometimes the true handcuff is the No. 3 back on the depth chart since the No. 2 back is a specialty player that won't hold up to the every-down pounding.

In the dynasty drafts I've done (bossfantasyleagues.com) norwood isn't even drafted. snelling and rodgers are the guys.
