2009 fantasy outlook: Elliott is a grizzled veteran on the track, but he hasn't run a full slate of races since 2003. In fact, he hasn't run more than 20 times in a season during that time. He is expected to run in 12 races in 2009, and fantasy owners should look the other direction come draft day.
