     No. 36 Metaljeans.com ToyotaOwner: Tommy Baldwin 2009 fantasy outlook: A new year brings a new car and ride for Riggs, who finished 31st last year in the standings (34 races). He finished inside the top 10 just once. Riggs' best Chase for the Cup finish was 20th place in 2006. He joins Tommy Baldwin, a longtime crew chief for various teams, who started his own team in January. Riggs has full sponsorship for the season.
