"I need to get out with those guys whether it be here, whether it be out where they are. I'm willing to go wherever they go so that's kind of my offseason plan right now."

"His long windup limits his ability to function in a quick-rhythm offense and his lack of mobility make him a sitting duck in the pocket. It would be hard for him to fit into most offenses."

Head coach Jon Gruden said that if it was up to Williams he would be participating. "He's ready to go if you ask him," Gruden said. "He's really putting some good tape together. He's not allowed to be part of the team activities, but the explosive movement, change of direction, stamina and confidence appear to be coming back. That's what is really exciting. He doesn't appear to have any setbacks at this point. I just keep my fingers crossed and hope it continues at this point because it's really exciting."
