Waiver - Part Time

Waiver - Part Time

50) Aric Almirola | No. 8 U.S. Army | Dale Earnhardt Inc.

Fantasy Tip: Teammate Mark Martin is scheduled to race in 23-26 races, with Almirola taking the rest. It is believed that he could possibly get a full-time ride next season, but with Martin getting the majority of the races now, Almirola's fantasy value takes a huge hit.

51) Marcos Ambrose | No. 21 Little Debbie and No. 47 (No Sponsor) Ford | Wood Brothers/JTG Racing

FANTASY TIP: Ambrose will run the full Nationwide schedule for JTG Racing in 2008, with plans to run 12 events in the No. 21 car and four events in the No. 47 car for Wood Bros/JTG Racing in Sprint Cup in 2008. Ambrose is a medium risk, having no career starts in Sprint Cup. Ambrose seems at his best in road courses tracks.

52) Sterling Marlin | No. 09 Miccosukee Indian Gaming Chevrolet | Phoenix Racing

FANTASY TIP: Marlin is slated to run seven to nine events in the No. 09 car in 2008. An experienced driver with 10 wins in 732 career starts, Marlin should be considered a low risk this season, especially on the superspeedways where both he and the No. 09 car are always competitive.

53) Jon Wood | No. 21 Little Debbie and No. 47 (No Sponsor) Ford | Wood Brothers/JTG Racing

FANTASY TIP: Wood will drive the No. 21 car, for Wood Bros./JTG Racing, in nine events in 2008 and should get up to four opportunities in the No. 47 car. Wood has some Nationwide and Craftsman truck experience but has only one career start in Sprint Cup. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.

54) Dale Jarrett | No. 44 UPS Toyota | Michael Waltrip Racing

FANTASY TIP: The 1999 Sprint Cup Champion, Jarrett will retire after six events this season, ending a very successful Sprint Cup career. His resume includes 32 wins in 663 starts. His past champion status guarantees he will start in all six events. Jarrett, whose history suggests he can be considered a threat to win, should be considered a low risk in any of the events he enters.

55) Chad McCumbee | No. 45 Marathon Oil Dodge | Petty Enterprises

FANTASY TIP: McCumbee is a developmental driver for Petty Enterprises. He replaced Kyle Petty in the No. 45 car in 2007, recording a high finish of 25th at Pocono; he is slated to run in five events in mid-season in the No. 45 when Petty moves to the broadcast booth for TNT. McCumbee should be considered a medium risk having no DNFs in his short Sprint Cup career.

56) Ken Schrader | No. 49 (No Sponsor) Dodge | BAM Racing | No. 21 Little Debbie Ford | Wood Brothers/JTG Racing

FANTASY TIP: Veteran Ken Schrader, who has four wins in 717 career starts at NASCAR's top level. He will again split his time between two teams in 2008. His schedule is a bit confusing. He will attempt to qualify the BAM Racing No. 49 ride at the Daytona 500, and if all goes well, he could run the full schedule. He is also slated to run the Wood Bros./JTG No. 21 in four events in 2008. Schrader is competitive at any venue and should be considered a low risk.

57) John Andretti | No. 49 (No Sponsor) Dodge | BAM Racing

FANTASY TIP: Andretti was slated to run the full schedule for BAM Racing in 2008, but with a deal in the works for Ken Schrader in the No. 49 car, his status is uncertain. He may also get some opportunities in the No. 45 for Petty Enterprises in 2008, but a deal has not been announced yet. Andretti should be considered a high risk for 2008.

58) Kenny Wallace | No. 87 Denver Mattress Chevrolet | Furniture Row Racing

FANTASY TIP: Wallace has no wins in 342 career starts in Sprint Cup. He will attempt to qualify for the Daytona 500 in the No. 87 and will attempt more events if sponsorship will allow. Wallace should be considered a high risk for 2008, but he may be worth a look if his sponsorship issues are resolved.

59) Mike Wallace | No. 04 (No Sponsor) Chevrolet | Morgan-McClure Motorsports

FANTASY TIP: Wallace will attempt to qualify for the Daytona 500 in the No. 04 car if a sponsor can be found. He will run the full Nationwide series schedule in the No. 7 car for Germain Racing. Wallace should be considered a high risk for 2008.

60) Kirk Shelmerdine | No. 33 Holiday Inn Chevrolet | Richard Childress Racing

FANTASY TIP: Shelmerdine will attempt to qualify for the Daytona 500 in the No. 33 ride. No other events are planned for him at this time. He has 24 DNFs in 26 career starts in Sprint Cup and should be considered a very high risk for 2008.

61) Terry Labonte | No. 55 NAPA Auto Parts Toyota | Michael Waltrip Racing

FANTASY TIP: A two-time Sprint Cup champion, Labonte may drive in the two road course events, in the No. 55, if the team is not in the top 35 in owner points by the time those events roll around. No other plans have been announced for him, however. Labonte should be considered a high risk for 2008.

62) Kevin Lepage | Unsigned for Sprint Cup

FANTASY TIP: No plans to compete in any of NASCAR's top three series in 2008 have been announced. Although he was rumored to drive the No. 34 Front Row Motorsports car this season, that deal seems to have fallen through. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.

63) Chad Chaffin | Unsigned for Sprint Cup

FANTASY TIP: Chaffin is slated to run in the first four Craftsman Truck Series races in the No. 40 car for Key Motorsports. No plans to compete in any Sprint Cup events have been announced. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.

64) Jason Leffler | Unsigned for Sprint Cup

FANTASY TIP: Leffler will run the full Nationwide schedule for Braun Racing in the No. 38 car. No plans for Sprint Cup racing have been announced. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.

65) Johnny Sauter | Unsigned for Sprint Cup

FANTASY TIP: Sauter will run the full Nationwide series schedule in the No. 1 for Phoenix Racing. No plans for Sprint Cup racing have been announced. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.

66) Jeff Green | Unsigned for Sprint Cup

FANTASY TIP: Green is not signed to compete in any of NASCAR's top three series at this time and should be considered a very high risk for 2008.

67) David Stremme | Unsigned for Sprint Cup

FANTASY TIP: Stremme will run 18-20 events in the No. 64 for Rusty Wallace Inc. in the Nationwide series in 2008. No plans to compete in Sprint Cup events have been announced. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.

68) Mike Skinner | Unsigned for Sprint Cup

FANTASY TIP: Skinner will run the full Craftsman Truck Series in the No. 5 for Bill Davis Racing in 2008. No plans to run in the Sprint Cup have been announced. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.

69) Mike Bliss | Unsigned for Sprint Cup

FANTASY TIP: Bliss will run the full Nationwide series schedule in the No.22 for Fitz Motorsports. No plans to run in the Sprint Cup have been announced. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.

70) Scott Wimmer | No. 33 Holiday Inn Chevrolet | Richard Childress Racing

FANTASY TIP: Wimmer will run in 23 events in the Nationwide Series, in the No. 29 Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing in 2008. He may get some opportunities in the No. 33 for Childress Racing in Sprint Cup if sponsorship can be secured. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.

71) Johnny Benson | Unsigned for Sprint Cup

FANTASY TIP: Benson is expected to run the full Craftsman Truck Series schedule in the No. 23 Toyota for Bill Davis Racing in 2008. No plans to compete in Sprint Cup events have been announced. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.

72) Todd Bodine | No. 03 (No Sponsor) | Germain Racing

FANTASY TIP: Bodine will run the full Craftsman Truck Series schedule for Germain Racing, with plans to run in five Nationwide Series events in 2008. No plans to run any Sprint Cup events have been announced. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.

73) Tony Raines | Unsigned for Sprint Cup

FANTASY TIP: Raines has not announced any plans to compete in any of NASCAR's top three series for 2008 and should be considered a very high risk.

74) Ward Burton | Unsigned for Sprint Cup

FANTASY TIP: Burton is not signed to compete in any of NASCAR's top three series at this time. He should be considered a high risk for 2008.
