Shockley (knee) recently updates his progress in his rehabilitation from a torn ACL in his left knee. ďI'm actually doing pretty well. I went down to see Dr. [James] Andrews, who did the surgery, about two weeks ago and he said I'm doing well and that things are looking good. I'm bending and extending my leg. I do hamstring curls, some stuff with weights. This week I got on some bands, where I'm kind of like lunging. It's going pretty good,Ē Shockley said. Shockley added that he is about a month away from doing football-related work.
