"To me, the guy shot his elbow out directly at J.P.ís knee," Wichard said. "(Wilfork) was looking straight at him. This guy wasnít tumbling over and falling into the quarterback, like Kimo von Oelhoffen did to Carson Palmer a couple years ago. J.P. is very lucky that wasnít a very serious injury. I think that guy should be fined."
