I take a few days off, but for the most part, it's lifting and running, Finneran said. I start cutting at the end of the month. I am just trying to get better and get ready for the season. I'll take it easy during minicamps and check it out a little bit. As far as drills and exercises, it's the usual - lifting weights, leg curls and leg extensions. Recently, I started running and cutting, and I just keep working out.

I've been away from the game for two years and it's been such an advantage to me to be able to break down film, study guys I respect, run routes, focus on the playbook and do all the things that I couldn't necessarily focus all my attention on if I were playing this year.
