Owens played with the injury for most of this season even though he risked permanent damage. "The doctor is very optimistic," Owens told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram regarding the surgery. "I am happy I had the surgery. I am happy with the news he gave me that I will return to 100 percent." Detroit Lions Current Updates Offense --WR Roy E.
