--OG Kynan Forney: Atlanta Falcons OG Kynan Forney (shoulder) will not practice this week and will likely be questionable for Week 6. X-ray or MRI results on Forney's shoulder were still not released, but it appeared Fornery suffered a shoulder separation and not a dislocation.

--DL John Abraham: Atlanta Falcons head coach Jim Mora said he's going to listen to DE John Abraham (groin) in regards to when he's able to play. Mora said Abraham wants to get back on the field, but he hasn't been physically able to as of yet. He noted Abraham will return when he's ready to roll.
--SS Omare Lowe: Atlanta Falcons CB Omare Lowe (shoulder) is dealing with a shoulder injury and the team is hopeful he will be available for Week 6.

--CB Ken Lucas: Carolina Panthers CB Richard Marshall started ahead of CB Ken Lucas (neck, shoulder) during Week 4. Head coach John Fox said the move was made because Lucas is having trouble tackling due to neck and shoulder injuries. Lucas played as a nickel back during the game and played extensively. Fox was not sure how long the team will stick with the current arrangement, but Lucas will return to the lineup when he can make tackles without any problems.


Chicago Bears

--WR Laveranues Coles: Randy Lange, of the Bergen Record, reports New York Jets WR Laveranues Coles (arm) suffered a right arm, possibly shoulder, injury during Week 4 at the end of the game. He was taken for X-rays following the game, but the team has not released the results. Coles said in the locker room following the game that he was OK and he left the game carrying bags in both arms. Head coach Eric Mangini did not comment on his status Monday, Oct. 2.
