If you haven't already done so, it's time to tuck away those top prospects. Major League Baseball's Super Two deadline -- explanations here and here -- is a fantasy baseball holiday, in that many of the top youngsters are called up soon after it.

Super Two Day typically happens sometime in June, usually the early part. Of course, it's sort of like Thanksgiving, Easter and many other floating holidays in that there's no set date yet, because the amount of service time that qualifies for this year has not been released, if it has been decided.
We'll let you know on Hot off the Wire when that date is announced. Until then, start scooping up these youngsters who have a legitimate chance of arriving. The list includes Gregory Polanco (the 2014 gem), Oscar Taveras and Jon Singleton as holding the likeliest optimal combo of readiness and length of expected stay. Some, like Archie Bradley (elbow) and Javier Baez (flaws in game and attitude), may take longer.
