QB | Mark Sanchez | New York Jets | Fantasy
New York Jets QB Mark Sanchez said there are no hard feelings with QB Geno Smith for not attending "Jets west" this week.

QB | EJ Manuel | Buffalo Bills | Fantasy
Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone will probably decide whether Kevin Kolb or EJ Manuel will start at quarterback by the close of the preseason game, or maybe the next one at the latest.

Running Back

RB | Chris Ivory | New York Jets | Depth Chart Tidbit, Fantasy
New York Jets WRs Stephen Hill, Jeremy Kerley, RB Chris Ivory and TEs Jeff Cumberland and Kellen Winslow all were working out with Mark Sanchez at "Jets west" Friday, July 12.

RB | Roy Helu | Washington Redskins | Injury, Fantasy
The Washington Redskins are sorting out their RB depth chart. Roy Helu seems like the best fit for changeup work, and he has improved in his pass protection. Evan Royster will have to be beaten out for his roster spot. Rookie Chris Thompson (knee) would be a solid fit for triple-option reads and third-down plays, as well, but he needs to heal following a torn anterior cruciate ligament. Plus, he needs to gain experience in picking up blitzes. Jawan Jamison, another first-year player, looks to be more in the mold of Royster.

RB | Lamar Miller | Miami Dolphins | Fantasy
Miami Dolphins RB Lamar Miller has been working out with San Francisco 49ers RB Frank Gore, who's taking on a sort of mentor role. They've been working together twice a day with a group of other players who, like them, came from the University of Miami. "(Miller's) footwork got a lot better" since they started working out together, said Gore.

RB | Marshawn Lynch | Seattle Seahawks | Fantasy
Updating previous reports, Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch won't stand before a jury until Dec. 27, for his drunken driving case. It's possible there won't be a resolution until late in the season or after the season. That would mean he played two full years before the legal process runs its course.

RB | Maurice Jones-Drew | Jacksonville Jaguars | Injury, Fantasy
Jacksonville Jaguars running backs coach Terry Richardson said he is confident that RB Maurice Jones-Drew (foot) will be ready for the start of training camp.

RB | Brandon Bolden | New England Patriots | Injury, Depth Chart Tidbit, Fantasy
New England Patriots RB Brandon Bolden (ankle) did not participate in the team's offseason program because of a sprained ankle he suffered while working out in the offseason. Bolden will meet with team doctors Monday, July 15, but it is expected he will be ready for training camp.

FB | Lawrence Vickers | Free Agent | Transaction
The Dallas Cowboys waived FB Lawrence Vickers Friday, July 12.

FB | Vonta Leach | Free Agent | Free Agents
Updating a previous report, free agent FB Vonta Leach (Ravens) wants a two or three year deal from the Miami Dolphins. Leach sees the future as bright and wants to be a part of it for more than one season.

Wide Receiver

WR | Justin Hunter | Tennessee Titans | Depth Chart Tidbit, Fantasy
Tennessee Titans QB Jake Locker praised WR Justin Hunter as a talented wide receiver. "He's talented," Locker said. "He's a guy that can definitely help us out if we can keep him on the field."

WR | Mike Williams | Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Transaction, Free Agents
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Williams sent out a cryptic twitter message Thursday, July 12, that could suggest contract extension talks are not as far along as he would like.

WR | Austin Collie | Free Agent | Free Agents
The San Francisco 49ers are still interested in free-agent WR Austin Collie (Colts), but they're unlikely to make a move until training camp begins.

WR | Charly Martin | Free Agent | Transaction
The Seattle Seahawks claimed LS Kyle Nelson (49ers) off waivers Thursday, July 11. In a corresponding move, the team released WR Charly Martin.

WR | Demaryius Thomas | Denver Broncos | Fantasy
Denver Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas is excited about training camp and the potential for the team in 2013. "I'm looking forward to it," Thomas said. "I'm ready. I'm excited, you know, we've got some new additions to the team and through minicamp and OTAs the majority of the team showed up. So I'm excited. Everybody's ready to work hard and everybody's participating. I think it should be our year."

WR | Eric Decker | Denver Broncos | Fantasy
Denver Broncos WR Eric Decker said the front office off-field issues will not be a distraction for the team on the field. "I don't think so," Decker said. "This is a great organization. They'll find the right manner to handle it. As players, our focus is on getting ourselves ready for a great season."

Tight End

TE | Rob Gronkowski | New England Patriots | Injury, Fantasy
New England Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (forearm, back) is not yet running. It takes about a month coming off his back surgery before he can run again, and he had the procedure on June 19.

Defensive Line

DL | Robert Callaway | Free Agent | Injury, Transaction
The Dallas Cowboys have waived DT Robert Callaway (knee) from their Injured Reserve list.

CB | Alfonzo Dennard | New England Patriots | Fantasy
New England Patriots CB Alfonzo Dennard's camp said he did not fail a field sobriety test the night he was arrested. Dennard's camp said the results of the field sobriety test did not indicate Dennard was under the influence. Dennard was told he did not fail it.

Free Safety

FS | Kerry Rhodes | Free Agent | Free Agents
Free-agent FS Kerry Rhodes (Cardinals) said he has received interest from four teams and negotiations are ongoing. "I can't talk about it in depth but there's a good four teams that I'm looking at. There are ongoing discussions. I'm trying to see which one will be the best fit for me. You will see me, though."
