The Baltimore Orioles, Chicago White Sox, Cleveland Indians, Milwaukee Brewers and New York Mets are among the teams who have had internal discussions about the trio.

Lester has given up only two runs and six hits while walking four and striking out 16 in 20 spring innings. He's biggest success has been keeping the ball down in the zone.
