Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: RB - Week 7 (with video)
If you are serious about winning your fantasy league football championship, stay on top of your fantasy football team throughout the year.
Each week during the NFL fantasy football season, KFFL brings you its Fantasy Football Waiver Wire, which breaks down players to pick up. Be aggressive when picking up fantasy football free agents. Even if you do not need a player, you can tuck him away for depth or block others from adding him to their fantasy football team.

Fantasy football free agents: Priority additions
The following players should be high on your radar and are worthy of being added immediately to your fantasy football team.
Twenty-two carries, 65 yards. That isn't ideal production, but given how rusty James Starks looked in mop-up duty it appears that Green will be the focal point of the Packers' running game for the time being. If he's still available in your league you should add him immediately.
To classify Jones' NFL career to date as a disappointment would be an understatement. That being said, the former first-round pick showed some signs of life against the Baltimore Ravens, carrying the ball 18 times for 92 yards and a touchdown. DeMarco Murray (foot) will undergo an MRI on Monday, and if his foot injury will cost him significant time, Jones would become a must-add in all leagues.
Fantasy football free agents: Look to acquire
The following players will have greater significance in deep fantasy football leagues. In shallow fantasy football leagues, they are not as high of a priority but should be considered based on your fantasy football team's needs.
If you wondered why our endorsement of LaRod Stephens-Howling was lukewarm last week, his 11-carry, 22-yard performance should have answered that. This week we're championing the largely unknown Powell, who ran 13 times for 70 yards in Week 6 (albeit against a porous Buffalo Bills run defense), as the running back to own in Arizona. Just keep in mind it's a fluid situation, so don't overreach for Powell, but he's the best option in the no-huddle formations that have helped this offense of late.
Although his touches have been inconsistent, Richardson has done well when given the opportunity. In Week 2 he had 15 carries for 83 yards, and this week he turned 11 rushes into 76 yards. At the very least he's a must-own for Steven Jackson owners; in deeper leagues he's a nice stash option.
Fantasy football free agents: Watch list
These fantasy football free agents shouldn't be on your immediate list. They may have had a big week. They may have talent but are buried on the depth chart and merely awaiting an opportunity. Still, fantasy football players must know who they are for their potential contribution in the future.
With Trent Richardson (flank) banged up, Hardesty ran 15 times for 56 yards and a touchdown as the Browns secured their first "W" of the season. Richardson says he'll be "ready for next week," but until we get something more official, at least keep an eye on the situation.
