Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DT
If you are serious about winning your fantasy league football championship, stay on top of your fantasy football team throughout the year. Each week during the NFL fantasy football season, KFFL brings you its Fantasy Football Waiver Wire, which breaks down players to pick up. Be aggressive when picking up fantasy football free agents. Even if you do not need a player, you can tuck him away for depth or block others from adding him to their fantasy football team. Note: Percentage of polled leagues in which player is available in parentheses Fantasy football free agents: Priority additionsThe following players should be high on your radar and are worthy of being added immediately to your fantasy football team.
Dennis Pitta, Baltimore Ravens (63 percent) We said last week to keep an eye on Pitta. Now, after another week in which his production (eight receptions for 65 yards on 15 targets) dwarfed that of Ed Dickson (1-23, 4), we're saying it's time to pounce. The third-year pro is emerging as quarterback Joe Flacco's go-to guy, at least on the short and intermediate routes. Right now Pitta is more of a volume receiver, which makes him ideal in point-per-reception formats. Still, at this juncture failing to act would be ... wait for it ... "Pitta-ful." Martellus Bennett, New York Giants (55 percent) While Bennett's two-week totals of nine catches for 112 yards shouldn't be considered eye-popping, he has scored in each of the team's two games and let a pair of would-be touchdowns slip away as well. Bennett won't be challenging wideouts Hakeem Nicks or Victor Cruz anytime soon, but with quarterback Eli Manning at the helm he can still be a productive fantasy performer. Bennett would make a great reserve tight end if you've got a stud in place and is an upside option for those that are struggling to find production at the position as well. Kyle Rudolph, Minnesota Vikings (39 percent) Like Pitta, Rudolph is a returning resident of the report. His overall numbers were down a bit in Week 2, but he did score for the first time this season and is clearly a significant part of the team's passing attack. Again, he's a solid backup with the potential for more. Should you grab the three-TD wonder? Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DTAbout Herija C. Green
