Fantasy football sleepers: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DT

In this article KFFL breaks down the fantasy football sleepers of the week. We will avoid marquee names because players of that caliber are rarely benched, regardless of their matchup. Instead, we will focus on the players that make your fantasy lineup decisions stressful each week. Read on to learn which midrange to low-end players you wouldn't necessarily consider that you need to get into your lineup.

Note: All statistics are from Week 13 to Week 16, unless otherwise stated.

Fantasy football sleepers: Quarterbacks

Ryan Fitzpatrick, Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots

Giving the Pats' D Fitz

Fantasy value: No. 1 or bench

• Fitzpatrick has failed to top 200 yards through the air in two of his past three games, including a 196-yard effort in Week 16. The Bills ran a bunch because they had a big lead. The Bills, however, have made an effort recently to restart the up-tempo facets of their offense, including an increased use of no-huddle formations.
• The Patriots are a perfect doormat to rejuvenate Buffalo's passing offense. New England has allowed 273.3 aerial yards, 1.75 touchdown tosses and 2.25 total touchdowns (1.75 passing) per game to slingers. Fitz conquered the Pats for 369 yards and two touchdowns in Week 3; New England's secondary remains the worst in the NFL.
