Fantasy football sleepers: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DT

In this article KFFL breaks down the fantasy football sleepers of the week. We will avoid marquee names because players of that caliber are rarely benched, regardless of their matchup. Instead, we will focus on the players that make your fantasy lineup decisions stressful each week. Read on to learn which midrange to low-end players you wouldn't necessarily consider that you need to get into your lineup.

Note: All statistics are from Week 12 to Week 15, unless otherwise stated.

Fantasy football sleepers: Tight ends

Dustin Keller, New York Jets vs. New York Giants

Keller will be a nuisance

Fantasy value: Midrange

• Keller's 25 targets over the last four weeks keep him among Mark Sanchez's favorite receivers. Keller hasn't hit paydirt since his two-score Week 12, but he has hauled in 14 of Sanchez's throws to him since Week 11 and has at least three catches in his last five games.
• The Giants don't perform well against tight ends: The position has averaged 4.50 receptions, 54.5 receiving yards and 1.00 touchdowns per game versus New York's shoddy defensive backfield. Expect Keller to create more matchup problems this week.

Owen Daniels, Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts

Fantasy value: No. 1 or Flex

• First of all, keep tabs of Daniels' status for Thursday's game: He's dealing with a knee injury and will be a game-time decision. You could slide red zone-centric Joel Dreessen in here if you're mega-desperate, but Daniels is worth using if he goes. Though many a TD has been stolen from him, Daniels has been sought out at least five times in each of the last four weeks, with 16 catches on 27 looks as one of T.J. Yates' favorite targets.

• The Colts were bombarded by Rob Gronkowski and Jared Cook over the last month while also letting Dennis Pitta into the end zone. Sure, they won a game, but Indy remains shaky in the secondary, especially against this position, which has averaged 8.25 catches, 83.0 yards and 0.75 touchdowns per game against them.
