Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DT

If you are serious about winning your fantasy league football championship, stay on top of your fantasy football team throughout the year.

Each week during the NFL fantasy football season, KFFL brings you its Fantasy Football Waiver Wire, which breaks down players to pick up. Be aggressive when picking up fantasy football free agents. Even if you do not need a player, you can tuck him away for depth or block others from adding him to their fantasy football team.

The following fantasy football pickups are for those who need injury or bye week replacements. They are not players you immediately acquire - unless your team is in dire straights. Some have, however, shown some life and should be followed in case they materialize as options beyond their temporary use.

Anthony Fasano, Miami Dolphins (81 percent)

At this point in your fantasy football season, you're probably not looking to scoop up a tight end. If you are, however, Fasano has logged 14 targets over the last two weeks while totaling seven catches for 122 yards. Brian Hartline hasn't been nearly as involved of late, which is opening up more for Fasano. Plus, Matt Moore (concussion) might have to yield snap-taking to J.P. Losman, who looked Fasano's way five times after replacing Moore during a Miami comeback attempt.

The Buffalo Bills have allowed 3.25 catches, 41.8 yards and 1.00 touchdowns per contest against the position in their last four outings, which included big games from Antonio Gates and Dustin Keller. Fasano caught only two passes for eight yards in Week 11 versus Buffalo but reached paydirt.

Hi, looking at Fasano's schedule and last 4 weeks performance, he looks like a better bet than Celek for weeks 15 & 16. Should I drop Celek for Fasano? It's been a horrid TE season for one squad, drafting Clark then losing F.Davis to suspension. Still in the playoffs, though! Thanks.
