Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DT

If you are serious about winning your fantasy league football championship, stay on top of your fantasy football team throughout the year.

Each week during the NFL fantasy football season, KFFL brings you its Fantasy Football Waiver Wire, which breaks down players to pick up. Be aggressive when picking up fantasy football free agents. Even if you do not need a player, you can tuck him away for depth or block others from adding him to their fantasy football team.

Fantasy football free agents: Priority additions

The following players should be high on your radar and are worthy of being added immediately to your fantasy football team.

Donald Brown, Indianapolis Colts (58 percent)

Indianapolis Colts RB Donald Brown
Closest to Colts consistency

Identifying fantasy football value from this backfield had been as painful as expecting a Colts victory, but Brown has had at least 15 carries in each of the last three weeks while averaging 4.61 yards per tote. Delone Carter's fumbling problems have contributed to his workload disappearance, and Joseph Addai appears only to be starter in name.

Brown may not be the most powerful runner, favoring the edges, but he's the closest thing you're going to get from a workhorse Colt. Unfortunately, that isn't set in stone, and Indy faces tough matchups versus the New England Patriots (Week 13), Baltimore Ravens (Week 14), Tennessee Titans (Week 15) and Houston Texans (Week 16). He'll probably only be flex-worthy the rest of the way, but merely owning another majority carrier could be enough to help win your league at this point in the season.

Fantasy football free agents: One-week plays

The following fantasy football pickups are for those who need injury or bye week replacements. They are not players you immediately acquire - unless your team is in dire straights. Some have, however, shown some life and should be followed in case they materialize as options beyond their temporary use.

Kregg Lumpkin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (92 percent)

LeGarrette Blount caught three passes for 56 yards in Week 12, but Lumpkin also snagged three and has 13 catches over his last four contests. In digging the bottom of the barrel, especially in PPR setups, you could do worse than Tampa Bay's backup back. The Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay's Week 13 enemies, have allowed 140.3 rushing yards (5.4 per carry), 4.0 catches, 47.3 receiving yards and 1.67 offensive scores per game against running backs since Week 8.

Hey I was wondering if Maurice Morris was worth my waiver position. I have clinched a playoff spot but they aren't until week 16 and 17 so I don't know if I should wait since I won't need him right away. Thanks!
