RB | Montario Hardesty | Cleveland Browns | Injury
Cleveland Browns RB Montario Hardesty (knee) said Thursday, July 14, that he will be ready for training camp. Hardesty suffered a bone bruise in his right knee during a non-contract drill before training camp began last summer. He was unable to practice, and then when he finally got the chance to play, in the final preseason game, he blew out his left knee on his seventh carry. "I can't wait to get out there and contribute to our team," Hardesty said. "It's been a long time, but I'm feeling good. I'm continuing my rehab. When training camp starts, I'll be ready to go."

FB | Le'Ron McClain | Free Agent | Free Agents, Fantasy
Baltimore Ravens impending free-agent FB Le'Ron McClain is looking to broaden his appeal with free agency on the horizon. McClain has worked out relentlessly this offseason, dropping weight with the goal of adding speed and quickness in order to be viewed as a threat as a blocker and a runner. "I have no problem getting in there blocking and getting dirty because I love contact," McClain said. "I just want to take my game to another level. No disrespect to anybody, not (offensive coordinator) Cam (Cameron), not (head coach) John Harbaugh, not (running backs) Ray Rice or Willis (McGahee). I just don't want to disrespect my game anymore, like I feel like I've done these last two years."

He has been on a strict workout schedule and weighs around 225 pounds at this time because of a strict diet he is following.
