Delaware senior quarterback Pat Devlin follows in Joe Flacco's footsteps, but that is about where the similarities end for this 2011 NFL Draft prospect and the Baltimore Ravens' passer. Devlin passed for 3,032 yards, 22 touchdowns and only three interceptions in 2010. He has added seven career rushing scores. Strengths
Weaknesses
Expected draft placementDevlin is a midround prospect and will need some time to be groomed for a potential starting job. His upside is limited at the next level, but he has the tools to become a serviceable starting signal caller in a few years. The Penn State transfer has publicly drawn interest from the Cincinnati Bengals. About Cory J. Bonini
