Philadelphia Phillies RP Brad Lidge (shoulder) said he is hoping to return healthy for the second half of the season in a best-case scenario, according to The News Journal's Martin Frank. Lidge said his latest injury is equivalent to a tear and not a strain. He could require a month or more before he is ready to pitch in a game after his three to six week timetable is up. "They say between three and six weeks rest is reasonable," Lidge said. "Then you've got to build up for however long it takes on the other side. In my mind, I'm thinking I've got to be back for the second half, and to have a really good second half. I've got to make sure I'm back stronger than before. That's my goal."
