The team wants Nolasco to be back on the mound by mid March. He is taking part in fielding drills but has yet to throw off flat ground or the mound. "I'm hoping on Wednesday or Thursday that I could throw 60 feet, just to get my arm going and get the blood flowing," Nolasco said. "Then, I'd start stretching it out a little bit. But as far as going off the mound, I'm still feeling I'm at least 10 days out."

Cincinnati Reds RP Francisco Cordero lost 10 pounds during the offseason with a dedicated workout regimen at home in the Dominican Republic, reports Mark Sheldon, of MLB.com. I've never been that heavy as I was last year," Cordero said. "Looking at myself, I said I have to be in better shape than I was last year. I went back to the D.R. and worked hard to get in better shape. I probably will get better results."

Milwaukee Brewers RP Mark DiFelice (shoulder) is hopeful of making it back to the major leagues after missing the entire 2010 season recovering from shoulder surgery, reports Tom Haudricourt, of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. DiFelice is in camp on a minor-league deal with an invite as a non-roster player. "I feel great," said DiFelice. "I wouldn't be here if I didn't think I was capable (of making it back). Seattle Mariners RP David Aardsma (hip) ditched his crutches Monday, Feb. 21, and walked around 50 feet, according to MLB.com's Greg Johns. Aardsma is putting roughly 80 percent of his weight on his leg. "That doesn't mean I'm off the crutches on Wednesday. It just means I'm close," Aardsma said. "If I get sore, I'll need to back off. They said that is probably going to happen." He expects to gain fully mobility in a few more days.

San Francisco Giants RP Brian Wilson (back) threw a bullpen session Monday, Feb. 21, and plans to pitch to hitters Wednesday, Feb. 23, or Friday, Feb. 25, according to MLB.com's Jesse Sanchez. "It was a standard 'pen. It felt good coming out of the hand, a little bit of whip action," Wilson said. "Good range of motion and everything is fine. Obviously, it's Spring Training so we are taking everything slow. There is no rush. We did just win a World Series like a week ago."

The Houston Astros plan to be cautious this spring with RP Alberto Arias (shoulder) after he has recently felt some tightness in his shoulder, according to MLB.com's Brian McTaggart. Arias is scheduled to throw Tuesday, Feb. 22, but is unlikely to throw for at least a few days. "We're going to have to give him a couple of more days off and see how he comes back and how he works with that," manager Bradley Mills said. "He wasn't able to throw the ball like he really wanted to (Sunday), but we'll see how he is after a couple of days off. We're going to bring him along slower to build up that range of motion and everything else."

RP | Neftali Feliz | Texas Rangers | Fantasy
Texas Rangers RP Neftali Feliz has been looking good in camp as he auditions to become a starter this year, according to MLB.com's T.R. Sullivan. "Neftali was throwing three pitches for strikes," pitching coach Mike Maddux said. "He was very nice on the mound. He was throwing his breaking ball for strikes and his fastball had hump ... very happy with everything." Feliz said he is in better shape this spring training.

RP | Craig Kimbrel | Atlanta Braves | Fantasy
Atlanta Braves RP Craig Kimbrel said he doesn't think everyone should expect him to match his strikeout numbers from last season, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's David O'Brien. "I don't see that happening again," Kimbrel said, smiling. "(Hitters) didn't know if I was going to throw a ball or a strike there for a while. That probably helped out a little. They probably said, 'Well, let's just see if he can throw the ball over the plate.'" Improved command is his focus this spring.
