Auburn QB Cam Newton has signed a shoe and apparel deal with Under Armour, according to Darren Rovell, of CNBC. Terms were not disclosed, but according to sources the deal will be the largest deal ever given to an incoming NFL rookie, surpassing the $1 million a year deal adidas gave to New Orleans Saints RB Reggie Bush in 2006 both in terms of annual guarantee and overall dollars. Under Armour will unveil a whole collection of Cam Newton Auburn items, including jerseys with his name on the back, as well as football and training gear, including a signature shoe line.

"I'll say it's about 90 percent," Landry said. "I won't say 100 percent because I don't know what kind of endurance I have in it, but as far as how it feels, it's doing good and I'll say 90 percent." Landry had shockwave therapy done Dec. 24, and now he is receiving Platelet Rich Plasma treatments to heal micro-tears in his Achilles' tendon. Landry had one treatment during the season, but many times up to six rounds of the treatment are required. "I haven't started running," Landry said. "But I'm back to doing everything with my legs: squats and everything like that. I'm working out just like I used to other than my left side. I obviously can't grab a dumbbell with that side, but I'm doing single-arm bench presses."
