Fantasy baseball waivers and the acquisition of fantasy baseball free agents can make or break your season. Your fantasy baseball cheat sheets won't help you after spring training. If your team remains the same after opening day, you will have trouble competing in your rotisserie baseball league.

Do you need to replace your fantasy baseball busts? Which fantasy baseball players can you ignore? KFFL.com's Fantasy Baseball Diamond Market gives you fantasy baseball tips and insight to sort through the masses quickly.

Key

Acquire Add player (in most circumstances)
Consider Add for speculation or because of need
Watch Track player, consider if trend continues
Pass Do not add player (in most circumstances)

Pitchers

Leo Nunez, RP, Florida Marlins

Florida Marlins RP Leo Nunez
At this point, why not?

Imagine this: All that stands between you and the fantasy baseball championship that you lost nights of sleep for and rightly deserve is a save or two. Now, imagine this: Nunez is floating through the abyss of your league's waiver wire.

Don't wait! The right-hander recorded two outs, both via the K, in relief of Jose Veras, who retired one man before he gave up the jack that turned a five-run lead into a mere two-run advantage. It seemed like a not-so-bad time to let Nunez have another crack at 'er.

It doesn't appear that Nunez was necessarily the plan, but the righty got the job done. Manager Edwin Rodriguez said earlier in the week that he'd like to get another look at Nunez before the season goes dry. Might as well.
