Fantasy baseball waivers and the acquisition of fantasy baseball free agents can make or break your season. Your fantasy baseball cheat sheets won't help you after spring training. If your team remains the same after opening day, you will have trouble competing in your rotisserie baseball league.

Do you need to replace your fantasy baseball busts? Which fantasy baseball players can you ignore? KFFL.com's Fantasy Baseball Diamond Market gives you fantasy baseball tips and insight to sort through the masses quickly.

Arizona Diamondbacks RP Juan Gutierrez
Guti: most venom in D-backs 'pen

The D-backs go back and forth, back and forth, back and forth ... maybe even side to side ... and still don't have a closer. Since his return from the disabled list for shoulder inflammation, has allowed one hit, no runs and one walk, with two K's, in 3 1/3 innings. He notched a save in his third appearance back.

The numbers aren't dazzling, particularly within the context of his season line (0-6, 6.17 ERA, 1.42 WHIP), but Gutierrez has the most major league closing experience on the D-backs and pretty nasty stuff. Aaron Heilman doesn't have the head for the job. Sam Demel has struggled lately. Esmerling Vasquez can be tough but is far from tested.

What do you need? Saves. Are you desperate? Yes. Check that - extremely desperate? You bet. Then, Guti might be your man.

Shallow mixed: Watch

Deep mixed: Consider

NL-only: Acquire
