The Nationals activated Morgan (hip) from the DL. Their corresponding move - sending Josh Willingham (knee) to it - means that D.C.'s club is devoid of real depth in the outfield. Morgan should resume regular center-field and leadoff duties.

The left-handed hitter has improved his ability to hit southpaws, but it still leaves something to be desired. He has also been caught stealing 14 times in his 43 attempts.

Morgan has improved his theft efficiency considerably in the past two months, though. He's still hitting .261 with 47 runs and 29 stolen bases; his one-category value is undeniable.
