KFFL.com managing editors made 10 hopeful - and perhaps even bold - predictions for the 2010. What do our analysts expect to happen in the NFL and fantasy football realm?

Tim Heaney

Bryce McRae

  • Tim Tebow won't start 'til halfway through the season, but he'll finish with the most TD tosses on Denver's roster.
  • Steve Slaton will finish with the most fantasy points in Houston's backfield, but Arian Foster will lead the way with over 1,000 rushing yards.
  • The New York Jets will fall short of the playoffs because of poor chemistry, subpar QB play and the weight of expectations.
  • Green Bay will win the Super Bowl. Aaron Rodgers will be named Super Bowl MVP. After, he'll text Brett Favre "thanks for the help."
  • Sam Bradford will start from Day 1. It'll be ugly, but by the end of the season, he'll be borderline playable in deep fantasy leagues.
  • The New Orleans Saints will cut Reggie Bush after a first-round playoff loss. He'll join Pete Carroll in Seattle following the season.
  • JaMarcus Russell will win Canada's Super Bowl - the Grey Cup - as the starting left tackle for the Toronto Argonauts.
  • Tom Coughlin will be out as the New York Giants' head coach after a disappointing 5-11 season.
  • Blame will again be heaped undeservingly on the Dallas Cowboys' Tony Romo after an NFC Championship game loss.
  • The Detroit Lions will finish a surprising second in the NFC North. Optimistic? Yes, but too much turmoil in Chicago, Minnesota will hurt them.

Cory J. Bonini

Nicholas Minnix

  • The Green Bay Packers, on a mission spearheaded by new NFL calendar model Aaron Rodgers, record the league's best record and win the Super Bowl.
  • Larry Fitzgerald fails to catch 80 balls, reach 1,000 yards and score double-digit TDs. He calls Kurt Warner at 3 a.m., crying.
  • The Houston Texans' Arian Foster runs for 1,200 yards, catches 25 passes and scores 10 TDs.
  • Kevin Kolb throws for 4,000 yds. and 25 TDs, with 24 INTs; Donovan McNabb throws for less than 3,000 yds. and 15 TDs in 11 gms.
  • The Dallas Cowboys can no longer find a way to hide Tashard Choice, who runs for 1,000 yards and nine touchdowns.
  • The Detroit Lions win six of their first nine, capturing the imagination of Motown, before they fizzle out and just miss postseason.
  • Brett Favre returns but gets hurt in Week 2. Minnesota Vikings make charge to playoffs (but come up short) on strength of RB 1-2 punch featuring ROY Toby Gerhart.
  • Tim Tebow averages one series a game and is starting for the Denver Broncos by season's end. Stage is set for revolution.
  • Best 2011 (or 2012) keeper running back: Auburn 's Mario Fannin. Great football speed and all-around ability, diverse upbringing, low mileage, prominent 2010 role. Fannin will make overrated Ben Tate forgettable.
  • When the NFL locks out players in March, Michael Vick opens a doggie daycare and stays in shape by taking his clients' pets for long runs on the beach. PETA endorses the biz.
