Quarterback

QB | David Garrard | Jacksonville Jaguars | Fantasy
Jacksonville Jaguars QB David Garrard was consistent during the team's offseason workouts, reports Vito Stellino, of The Florida Times-Union. Garrard clearly stepped up from last year, and he had better timing and rhythm with his passes.

QB | Jake Delhomme | Cleveland Browns | Depth Chart Tidbit, Fantasy
The Cleveland Browns coaching staff has been very pleased with the play of QB Jake Delhomme during the offseason, reports Terry Pluto, of The Cleveland Plain Dealer. Delhomme has picked up the offense quickly and has not made many poor throws during offseason workouts. Delhomme is expected to enter training camp as the team's No. 1 quarterback.

QB | Vince Young | Tennessee Titans | Fantasy
It appears Tennessee Titans QB Vince Young will avoid being suspended by the league, reports Alex Marvez, of FOXSports.com. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will meet with Young within the next few weeks surrounding his recent assault citation.

QB | Michael Vick | Philadelphia Eagles | Fantasy
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is monitoring the situation surrounding Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick to see whether personal conduct policy violations occurred, reports Alex Marvez, of FOXSports.com.

Running Back

RB | Adrian Peterson | Minnesota Vikings | Fantasy
The Minnesota Vikings, by selecting RB Toby Gerhart in the NFL Draft and then signing RB Ryan Moats, could be preparing for a contract holdout of RB Adrian Peterson, according to Charley Walters, of the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

RB | Maurice Jones-Drew | Jacksonville Jaguars | Fantasy
Jacksonville Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew looks like he will pick up where he left off in 2009 after having a solid offseason, reports Vito Stellino, of The Florida Times-Union.

RB | Rashad Jennings | Jacksonville Jaguars | Depth Chart Tidbit
Jacksonville Jaguars RB Rashad Jennings appears to have the best hands on the team, reports Vito Stellino, of The Florida Times-Union. Jennings could be a factor for the team on passing downs this year and serve as a solid backup to RB Maurice Jones-Drew. RB Deji Karim also showed good hands and could be another dimension to the offense when he splits out wide and is used on screen passes.

RB | Deji Karim | Jacksonville Jaguars | Depth Chart Tidbit
Jacksonville Jaguars RB Rashad Jennings appears to have the best hands on the team, reports Vito Stellino, of The Florida Times-Union. Jennings could be a factor for the team on passing downs this year and serve as a solid backup to RB Maurice Jones-Drew. RB Deji Karim also showed good hands and could be another dimension to the offense when he splits out wide and is used on screen passes.

RB | Fred Taylor | New England Patriots | Fantasy
There could be a situation where New England Patriots RB Fred Taylor is fighting for a roster spot during training camp, reports Mike Reiss, of ESPNBoston.com. Taylor will be interesting to watch during training camp, and Reiss feels Taylor can still add a lot to the Patriots. However, because of numbers at other positions, Taylor could be on the bubble to make the squad.

RB | Laurence Maroney | New England Patriots | Fantasy
New England Patriots RB Laurence Maroney is looking to become a more patient running back this year, reports Kevin McNamara, of The Providence Journal. Maroney said he wants to make more decisive reads, improve his pass blocking and catch the football better. "If I put it all together, I'm going to be A-OK," Maroney said.

RB | LeGarrette Blount | Tennessee Titans | Fantasy
Tennessee Titans rookie RB LeGarrette Blount has had a strong showing in spring workouts, reports Paul Kuharsky, of ESPN.com.

Wide Receiver

WR | Chris Henry | Retired | Injury
Former Cincinnati Bengals WR Chris Henry, who died in a traffic accident last year, had chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) - a form of degenerative brain damage caused by multiple hits to the head - at the time of his death, reports Peter Keating, of ESPN The Magazine, according to scientists at the Brain Injury Research Institute, a research center affiliated with West Virginia University. "We would have been very happy if the results had been negative, but multiple areas of Chris Henry's brain showed CTE," said Julian Bailes, Director of BIRI and chairman of neurosurgery at West Virginia.

WR | Mardy Gilyard | St. Louis Rams | Transaction
The St. Louis Rams have agreed to a four-year, $2.34 million deal with rookie WR Mardy Gilyard, reports Aaron Wilson, of the National Football Post, according to a league source.

WR | Terrell Owens | Free Agent | Free Agents
Free-agent WR Terrell Owens (Bills) was defended by Baltimore Ravens WR Derrick Mason in The Sporting News, reports Jamison Hensley, of The Baltimore Sun. While Mason likely was not campaigning for Owens to join the Ravens, he stood up for the controversial receiver. "Looking at him, you can see he's in great shape, that he can still fare well and produce numbers. But now he's been treated like a scapegoat for what's happened in Buffalo; it's unfair ... He can be still an asset for some contending team," Mason said.

WR | Kenny Britt | Tennessee Titans | Fantasy
Tennessee Titans second-year WR Kenny Britt has gone backwards this offseason after leading the team in receiving yards last season, reports Jim Wyatt, of The Tennessean. Teammates have nicknamed him "Question Mark" and razz him every time he drops a pass or screws up a route. "It has been horrible," Britt said of his offseason. "I am disappointed in myself. I know I have to get better. They expect me to get better. And that's what I plan on doing." He has been running with the second and third units instead of the starters due to his poor offseason.

WR | Troy Williamson | Jacksonville Jaguars | Depth Chart Tidbit
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Troy Williamson could be in a situation where he doesn't make the team this year, reports Vito Stellino, of The Florida Times-Union. Williamson was mostly invisible during the team's minicamp. WR Nate Hughes is also a long shot going into training camp after being outplayed by most of the team's other receivers.

WR | Brian Robiskie | Cleveland Browns | Fantasy
Cleveland Browns WR Brian Robiskie has had a tremendous offseason for the team, reports Terry Pluto, of The Cleveland Plain Dealer. QB Jake Delhomme is telling the team's coaching staff that Robiskie is exactly where he needs to be at exactly the right time, as Robiskie has improved on his route running.

WR | Joshua Cribbs | Cleveland Browns | Fantasy
The Cleveland Browns want to put the ball into the hands of WR Joshua Cribbs this year, reports Terry Pluto, of The Cleveland Plain Dealer. The team wants to find ways to allow him to touch the ball and run with it. The Browns have been running Wildcat formations with Cribbs and Seneca Wallace on the field at the same time. In many passing plays, Wallace has been at quarterback and targeted Cribbs first many times.

WR | Braylon Edwards | New York Jets | Fantasy
The NFL will not suspend New York Jets WR Braylon Edwards under its personal conduct policy for his altercation outside a Cleveland nightclub in January, a source ESPNNewYork.com's Rich Cimini. Edwards pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor assault charge stemming from the incident.

WR | Wes Welker | New England Patriots | Fantasy
New England Patriots WR Wes Welker (knee, shoulder) appears to be making great gains in his recovery from offseason surgeries, reports Kevin McNamara, of The Providence Journal. If he is not ready for Week 1, the team will turn to WRs Julian Edelman and Torry Holt to help fill the void.

Tight End

TE | Alge Crumpler | New England Patriots | Fantasy
New England Patriots TE Alge Crumpler is the favorite to be the team's starting tight end this year, reports Kevin McNamara, of The Providence Journal. The team, however, is excited about rookies Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez.

Defensive Line

DL | Aaron Kampman | Jacksonville Jaguars | Injury
Jacksonville Jaguars DE Aaron Kampman (knee) remained on the sidelines during the team's OTAs, reports Vito Stellino, of The Florida Times-Union. The Jaguars say he is ahead of schedule on his recovery from a torn ACL, but he is going to need to prove it during training camp.

Linebacker

LB | David Veikune | Cleveland Browns | Depth Chart Tidbit
Cleveland Browns LB David Veikune has been working at inside linebacker all offseason and has caught the attention of the coaching staff, reports Terry Pluto, of The Cleveland Plain Dealer. He has lost 20 pounds since last season and is weighing in at 235 pounds. While nobody is saying he is going to be a starter, he has moved up the depth chart and should see action this year.

Free Safety

FS | T.J. Ward | Cleveland Browns | Depth Chart Tidbit
Cleveland Browns S Larry Asante appeared ahead of S T.J. Ward initially, but Ward has seemed to be moving ahead in the competition, writes Terry Pluto, of The Cleveland Plain Dealer. That came to an end when Ward missed some time with injury towards the end of offseason workouts. The Browns need one of the two to step up and man a starting position at safety opposite of S Abram Elam.

FS | Chad Jones | New York Giants | Injury
Updating a ongoing story, Rocky Arceneaux, agent for New York Giants FS Chad Jones (leg), said he believes Jones will be able to run again after he recovers from his major leg injury, reports Robert Stewart, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
