Quarterback

Alex Marvez, of FOXSports.com, reports the National Football League is looking at inviting some of the top projected second-round draft picks to New York City for the second day of the NFL Draft April 23. The move would allow the NFL to potentially showcase such talent as Florida QB Tim Tebow and Texas CB Colt McCoy if neither player gets selected in the first round.

Central Florida DT Torrell Troup said he measured in at the NFL Scouting Combine with a height of 6-foot-2, 314 pounds. He said his arm length measured 34 inches.

DL | George Selvie | NCAA | Draft Information
South Florida DE George Selvie was asked during the NFL Scouting Combine if he thought he could play outside linebacker in a 3-4 defensive scheme. Selvie said, "I have stood up a little bit and rushed the passer. I know I can do it. I think it will help me greatly. I just have to work on coverages, stuff like that, but rushing the passer will be no problem."

DL | Greg Hardy | NFL Draft Prospect | Draft Information
Mississippi DE/LB Greg Hardy was asked during the NFL Scouting Combine if teams were looking at him as a better fit in a 3-4 defensive scheme or a 4-3 defensive scheme. Hardy said, "Right now in interviews everybody is looking at me at linebacker in a 3-4."

Tennessee DT Dan Williams said he measured in at the NFL Scouting Combine with a height of 6-foot-2, 327 pounds.

North Carolina DT Cam Thomas said he measured in at the NFL Scouting Combine with a height of 6-foot-3, 330 pounds.

DT | Ndamukong Suh | NCAA | Draft Information
Nebraska DT Ndamukong Suh was asked during the NFL Scouting Combine if he could play at a heavier weight in the NFL. Suh said, "I definitely think I can if that's what they want me to do. But would I prefer? I don't know. I've been as big as 330. I've been as small as 290 pounds coming in as a freshman and playing at 295 this season. So I have been in both areas. Which one do I prefer? I like to be between 295 and 300. But if my team wants me to be heavier or where I'm at right now, I'm 307, I think I can play at a heavier weight but put on good weight to be that heavy."

Northwestern DL Corey Wootton measured in at the NFL Scouting Combine with a height of 6-foot-6, 270 pounds.

DE | Jason Pierre-Paul | NFL Draft Prospect | Draft Information
South Florida DE Jason Pierre-Paul was asked during the NFL Scouting Combine if he could adjust to playing in a 3-4 defensive scheme. Pierre-Paul said, "A couple of teams have asked me about being a 3-4 outside linebacker and I don't feel like that would be hard for me to adjust to. I feel I can be a stand up end or a linebacker, because I'm still going to rush the passer the same way. I haven't done any work in a 3-4, but I think I could adjust to it real quick."

LB | Rolando McClain | NFL Draft Prospect | Injury News, Draft Information
Justin Hathaway, of NFL.com, reports University of Alabama LB Rolando McClain (hamstring) did not participate in the workouts at the NFL Scouting Combine because of an injured hamstring, according to his agent. McClain has been receiving treatment for his hamstring twice a day since the Senior Bowl and has undergone two MRIs in the injury. McClain said he will take part in all of the workouts during his Pro Day.


Defensive Back

Jason Feller, of NFL.com, reports Alabama CB Javier Arenas (hamstring) tweaked his right hamstring on his first 40-yard dash run at the NFL Scouting Combine and is out for the remainder of the drills.

Boise State CB Kyle Wilson said during the NFL Scouting Combine that he doesn't think he lacks size despite his frame of 5-foot-10 and 190 pounds. Wilson added, "I try to be extra physical. I try to put my hands on receivers. I continue to use my technique to my advantage."
