The Associated Press reports Oakland Raiders QB Charlie Frye (head) was 9-for-17 for 68 yards with an interception Week 15, but he was forced to leave early after taking a blow to the head. Frye was replaced by QB JaMarcus Russell, who finished the game 5-for-11 for 47 yards with a touchdown pass.

The Associated Press reports Buffalo Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick was benched briefly in the fourth quarter Week 15. "It has been whispered in my ear, and that's from people on my side looking out for what's best for my future, but I love to play," Jackson said. "I only have two more games to play this season. I'm just going to gut it out."

And hopefully I come back a new man. ... I'm just ready to get surgery and get back."
